Signature Service
Signature service is available for orders shipped to the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, and France for an additional US$5 per order.
Please note that this service may extend the overall delivery timeframe by 1–2 business days, as a recipient must be present to sign for the package and the carrier needs to arrange designated delivery personnel.
Free Shipping
Free standard shipping is available for orders of $180 USD or more in eligible countries and regions where indicated below. Expedited shipping and weight-based standard options do not qualify for free shipping.
Shipping Time and Cost
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days at the HOZO Distribution Center. Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.

Tracking Updates: Tracking information may take up to 3 business days to update after you receive your tracking number. This is due to the transit time from our fulfillment centers to the carrier.
All shipping prices below are in USD. For each option marked “Starts from,” the listed amount is the base rate for up to 500g. The following weight charges apply to both standard and expedited options marked “Starts from.” Fixed standard shipping rates do not increase with weight.

Is tax/VAT included? Will I be charged any extra duties upon the package being delivered?
Tax and VAT are covered for all US domestic shipping and international shipping to EU countries, so there won't be any extra costs of tax if your shipping address is in the above-mentioned regions*. If you are charged any duties when receiving the products in the EU (that is covered by IOSS) / US, please contact us for reimbursement with the receipt. (* NOT applicable to any order that uses DHL International Expedited Shipping.)
For other international shipping, the price of the item does NOT include additional duties and taxes that may apply under local import laws. If taxes and/or duties apply, your local courier will contact you. Sometimes goods under a specific value or in certain categories do not incur taxes. The rules are different in every country. Unfortunately, there is no way for us to know the rules, regulations, customs, and rulings of every country. Therefore, we cannot offer tax advice for your country. As the buyer, it is your responsibility to confirm this information before ordering. If import taxes, additional duties, or sales taxes apply, you will need to pay them to the courier upon receipt of the package(s). We cannot calculate or prepay these charges for you. If you are drop-shipping or sending a gift, please make sure the recipient is aware that taxes may be due when receiving the goods.
FAQ
When should I expect to receive the tracking info?
It generally takes 1-3 business days for the HOZO Distribution Center to process your order. Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email with tracking information.
Can I change the delivery address?
If the order has already shipped, we cannot change the address while the product is en route. If the order has not shipped, please contact Customer Support as soon as possible for help.
Why have I not received any shipping information?
Please check your spam or junk folder and make sure your email provider is not blocking our messages. If you still cannot find the shipping notification, please contact Customer Support.
Why does the package tracking information show “Returned to Sender”?
When your parcel is marked as “Returned to Sender,” the local courier may hold it until the correct address is provided and confirmed. This is usually caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, an invalid phone number, or another delivery issue. Please contact us for help, and we will coordinate with the carrier where possible.
Why are there no shipping updates?
After an order leaves our warehouse, it may travel by air for several days before reaching the destination country. Tracking may not update while the package is in transit between carrier facilities. Once the package arrives at the next facility, the tracking status should be updated. Please note that transport constraints or geopolitical events in some regions may cause additional delays.
Why does tracking show the package as delivered when I have not received it?
For deliveries without signature service, the package may have been delivered to your mailbox or accepted by a neighbor. Please check these locations first. If signature service is selected, contact the local shipping courier to request the delivery and signature details. If you still cannot locate your package, please contact the local shipping courier or Customer Support for assistance.
