How can I purchase HOZO Care?
You can purchase HOZO Care only at the same time as your HOZO product.
Each Care plan is specifically matched to its corresponding device and cannot be bought separately afterward.
How is HOZO Care activated?
Once purchased, HOZO Care is automatically activated and bound to your product — no additional registration or setup required.
Your coverage starts immediately from the date of purchase.
What does HOZO Care cover?
HOZO Care covers functional failures or defects that occur under normal use, including:
- Electrical or internal component malfunctions
 - Sensor or calibration issues due to regular wear
 - Core module failure unrelated to misuse
 
HOZO Care does not cover:
- Accidental damage (such as drops, spills, or impacts)
 - Improper use or handling
 - Lost or stolen products
 - Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications
 
This protection plan is designed to extend support for product quality issues only, not accidental or user-induced damage.
Can I renew or extend my HOZO Care plan?
Currently, HOZO Care cannot be renewed or extended.
Each plan provides one year of protection from the date of activation.
Where can I find details about my HOZO Care service?
After purchasing, a confirmation email containing your HOZO Care Service Agreement will be sent to your registered email address.
This document includes all benefit details, coverage terms, and replacement procedures.
Which products are eligible for HOZO Care?
All current HOZO laser measuring tools (excluding MEAZOR 3D), digital rulers, and ultrasonic cutters — including the M-Cube, NeoBlade, and NeoRuler series — are eligible for their corresponding HOZO Care protection plans.
Is HOZO Care transferable if I sell or gift my product?
No. HOZO Care is non-transferable and remains bound to the original product and purchaser for the duration of the coverage period.
