Very easy and good technology for measurement.
A great piece of kit, nicely thought out and a good quality build/finish and though I haven't really used it as yet from a quick trial the Neo Ruler will no doubt become a staple tool working on my architectural drawings...
Solid as a rock.
This is extremely good quality, well developed design and features.
Itโs expensive but well worth every penny.
itโs almost impossible to draw a line and have it stop at an exact measurement. What would be nice is if I could set the dimension upfront, then stick my pencil in and draw it and have it stop.. what I find myself doing now is use the pointer and put a dot at the beginning move the point around until I get to the measurement I want and then put a dot and then I just connect the dots but it kind of defeats the purpose of this ruler. The second suggestion is inside the case to have a separate spot for the caliper head. If Iโm using the ruler for an extended period of time I donโt wanna have to keep attached the caliper ahead to store it back in the case and then take it off to use it again..
but I love the ruler and I use calipers every day and having them together is great. The one issue I do have is on the ruler with the pencil holders attached. Itโs really hard to draw a line and eggs and stop at an exact measurement because you donโt see the measurements ahead of time like a regular ruler and so you always go over a little bit and now you have to erase maybe as a suggestion create a stop feature so I could measure out 3 inches set a stop then stick my pencil and draw directly to the stop. also, itโd be nice to have a spot in the case to put the caliper head on its own because if I want to use the ruler for a few days, I donโt wanna have to keep attaching and taking to caliper head off every time I want to store it in the case, Iโd want to store the ruler separately then if I want the calibers, I can attach them
