NeoSander Colored Sanding Head Replacement Service

Colored sanding heads are included in NeoSander Premium Combo to help users easily identify different grit types. They are not intended as regular consumable spare parts for long-term replacement use.

For long-term use or frequent replacement, please use the Basic Sanding Head Collection, which is the official replacement accessory.

We may provide free replacement of individual colored sanding heads in the following cases:

• Missing parts upon delivery
• Manufacturing defects (out-of-box issues)
• Abnormal failure during initial use where the cause cannot be clearly determined
• Verified issues supported by photo or video evidence

Each order is limited to a maximum of 2 individual colored sanding head replacements during its lifetime. This limit applies to all replacement cases, including both free and paid replacements.

For the purpose of this policy, “order” refers to any purchase that includes the NeoSander Premium Combo or the Multicolored Sanding Head Collection.

To request support, please provide:

• Order channel and order number
• Required sanding head code (please refer to the chart below)
• Photos or videos (if applicable)

For example: #800 Blue Flat (Medium) sanding head → #800-3

Free replacement is not available in the following cases, but a paid replacement service may be offered:

1. Lost due to personal reasons
2. Damage caused by the sanding head body directly contacting the workpiece (e.g., sandpaper not fully covering the head or unintended contact with non-sanding surfaces)
3. Damage caused by prolonged heavy pressure or fixed-point sanding
4. Normal wear and tear from regular use
5. Items outside the warranty period or repeated replacement requests

*These types of damage are typically not covered under the standard warranty. Depending on the situation, a replacement option may still be offered (free or paid).

This is a shipping-fee-only replacement option ($10 global postal shipping) in most cases.All paid replacements are included in the 2-item lifetime replacement limit.

• Replacement availability is subject to inventory. Exact color and shape matching may not always be available.
• The lifetime replacement limit is calculated per original order that includes colored sanding heads.
• Once the 2-item lifetime replacement limit is reached, we recommend purchasing the Basic Sanding Head Collection, which is intended as the official long-term replacement accessory.
