EU Right of Withdrawal
This EU Right of Withdrawal Policy applies only to consumers located in the European Union who purchase products directly from hozodesign.com.
If you purchased your HOZO Design product from another retailer, marketplace, distributor, or sales channel, please contact the original seller and refer to their return and withdrawal policy.
Your Right to Withdraw
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods. If your order is delivered in multiple shipments, the withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier, receives the last item.

Online Withdrawal Request
You may also submit your withdrawal request through our online withdrawal form or withdrawal link on our website.
After you submit your withdrawal request, we will send you a confirmation by email. This confirmation only acknowledges receipt of your withdrawal request and does not limit your statutory rights.
Returning the Goods
After you notify us of your decision to withdraw, we will provide the return address and return instructions.
You must send back the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract.
Please return the product, accessories, manuals, free gifts, and original packaging where possible. Items from different orders should not be returned in the same package unless our customer support team instructs you to do so.
Please do not send products back without first contacting us or submitting a withdrawal request. This helps us identify your return and process your refund correctly.
Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, unless otherwise required by applicable law or unless we agree to cover the return shipping cost.
We do not offer Freight To Collect service for returned packages. Any return sent by Freight To Collect may be refused or delayed.
Condition of Returned Goods
You may inspect and handle the goods only as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
You are responsible for any loss in value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
If the returned goods are damaged, incomplete, missing accessories, or show signs of use beyond necessary inspection, we may deduct an appropriate amount from your refund, where permitted by applicable law.
Refunds
If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you for the returned goods, including the standard delivery cost of the original shipment where required by applicable law.
We may not reimburse additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us.
We will issue the refund using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.
Once your refund is issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
Products Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal may not apply to certain products, including but not limited to:

Products made to your specifications or clearly personalized;

Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed after delivery;

Digital content or services, where applicable, if performance has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgement that you lose your right of withdrawal;

Any other products excluded under applicable EU or local consumer law.
This does not affect your statutory rights if the product is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
Faulty or Damaged Products
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us at customersupport@hozodesign.com.
Faulty or damaged product claims are handled separately from the EU right of withdrawal and may be subject to different remedies under applicable consumer protection laws, including repair, replacement, or refund.
