I am really impressed about the quality and the advanced technology on this laser measuring. This helped me to make the plan of my house in very short time, alongside with very accurate measurements. It has a lot of functions which are suitable for beginners or for advanced architects.
Update: Interesting unintended feature, since it has magnetics to connect different modules the base unit is magnetic! So if you do metal stud construction it can stick to them. See the video --- I really like using this laser measurer, I had been using a dumb laser tape measure for the past few years and this just massively improves on it, the bi-directional laser is amazing. It is a bit finnicky to create a floor plan on the device, but it is still much faster than trying to sketch and take measurements at the same time. My only downside is it doesn't feel super rugged, so I am a bit worried I will break it on the job site

I got this to use when I work as a carpenter for only needed the lazer ruler but this had a few other features that I realized come in handy like a rolling ruler and a floor planner. The tripod is pretty handy as well. Seems like a good quality product will have to take some time to get an expert ability to use unless your familiar with similar products
